The Octa TabletTail Spider MonkeyTablet Stand looks like a tail as you coil it into whatever position you want.  It supports the weight of your tablet with a fairly weighty tail itself.  It does hold the tablet wherever you want it.  The connecting apparatus is quite ingenious and lets you rotate and position the tablet as you want.  You can sit on the excess tail, or hide it under your furniture.  Overall, it works quite well -- better than hoped for.
