I love everything about the backpack EXCEPT the fact that it won't zip with my 17" Precision 7730 in it. The amount of pockets and the size of them are great. I just can't zip it up when my laptop is in the bag. Thankfully, the fit is quite snug, so it's not like it will fly out or anything like that. Just disappointing, though.

Not compatible with 17" Precision laptop

Good backpack. Shoulder straps could be stronger. Main handle could be longer. Hard to open top pocket as handle is so close. No place to put water bottle. Zipper of main laptop compartment does not open enough, have to pinch laptop as hand does not fit. Overall a good backpack but clearly could be better.  Overpriced for what it is.
