I like quality and value, and am patient. This product literally slips into the slot, and with minimal reconfiguration (which is step by step with pictures), I was producing duplexed documents within an hour. The most I've printed at once is 3 sets of 40 ea, 2p 2p and 16p; it did it without a jam or a misstep.
