Shopper : how many pages per cartridge?SHERMAN A : I have had mine for six months, print a little every day, and still using the starter cartridge - no idea how many pages, but probably more than any other printer. it should be in the specs, if you look up the replacement cartridge by part number .
Shopper : Hi, can I run White Laser Vinyl on this machine?WILLIAM C : I couldn't find anything specific in the user manual for laser vinyl, however, they make the following recommendations: Media must be designed for use in laser printers or photocopiers and must be able to withstand 392°F (200°C) for 0.1 sec. With single sheet feed and output thru the back tray It can handle 32lb paper ... You may want to check directly with OKI, or even stop in to local stores ... like Office Depot ... quite often they have various printer models on display and you may be able to try it.

Best Printer I've ever own by far

I own a business that prints frequently out hundreds of pages a day. I have owned many printers over the last 25 years, and this oft over looked printer is the best I've ever owned, by far. Great prints, fast, large quantities from each cartridge. Can replace the drum easily when necessary, and generic toner available online. I would stick with OEM drums however. This makes these print shop quality copies dirt cheap per page. Highly recommended.

The OKI Data B431dn Monochrome Workgroup LED Duplex Printer delivers up to 40 ppm, with the first page printing in less than 5 seconds. It produce output in black & white that's clear and crisp, at up to 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution, using a two-piece consumables system for long-lasting performance and a low cost of operation. The B431dn printer comes with duplex (2-sided) printing standard, leading to fewer user interventions and savings on energy.

It has standard paper capacity of 250 sheets and can be outfitted with an optional 530-sheet 2nd paper tray. With its 100-sheet multi-purpose tray, the B431dn has a maximum capacity of 880 sheets, for even longer uninterrupted productivity. In terms of durability and reliability, B431dn printer is tough-with a monthly duty cycle rated at up to 80,000 pages. This B431dn printer with their compact size, fit just about any work space.
