Well we have to go with two stars and here is why. I love the features of the phone however it does take some time to figure out how to use it, example there is no hold button! Yes you can place a call on hold but some genius though it would be great to remove the hold button. Just press the line button again it will put call on hold. It must be plugged into an electrical outlet to power the phone, it does come with a battery that will allow it to work for a few hours if the electrical power is out. (still need internet) The main reason it gets two stars is speaker phone, if you don't want speaker phone then consider it 4.5 stars. Speaker phone is worthless. just consider it not there do to the excessive background noise. Operation is a little convoluted but once you figure it out it's okay. Purchased it really for speaker phone while I'm at the desk so I can have hands free for the computer, total disappointment in that regard.
