Deliver a video signal that's always device compatible with the Ocean Matrix SDI2SDI multiformat SDI Up/Down/Cross converter. The OMX-SDI2SDI provides simple conversion between multiple SD & HD formats. For example, convert 720p to 1080i, 1080i to 1080p or 720p to 1080p. The unit features a full scaling & standards conversion engine and even includes a Genlock input for easy device synchronization.
The OMX-SDI2SDI has a reclocked and amplified SDI output for sending signals over long distance coax including 3G-SDI up to 100 meters over RG6. Multi-channel audio is also supported with an automatic delay to sync with any video processing delays. In addition, the unit has a test pattern generator to assist in camera setups and troubleshooting. Built-in automatic input detection circuitry seamlessly recognizes the input format and adjusts accordingly. I/O's include SDI Input, SDI Looping Output, Reference Input (Genlock). The Dipswitches have a Control Mode, Genlock Mode, Aspect Ratio and Output Format.
