Strong, easy to use, fit like a glove, and I don't have to constantly readjust.  I have a pair of these and the original velcro pair in my OR-30 bag holding a MixPre10T and a MixPre 6 II both on an NP-1 battery connected via Hirose (adapter with 6 II).  My ideal field recording rig, and it is easily contained and held in place in a small form factor.  These lifts made it possible.
