The Ortery 3D PhotoArm 2000 Camera Positioning System is specifically designed for 3D product photography and ensures correct camera positioning along a perfect arch from 0 to 90 degrees. With a 61.8" vertical arm and a horizontal reach of 30.1", the 3D PhotoArm 2000 is flexible and ideal for shooting products-both large and small. Designed to be utilized with any camera, this hand crank positioning system offers an adjustable 1.8" to 46" shooting radius. 3D PhotoArm 2000 is the perfect tool for use with an OrteryPhotoCapture 360 Series photography turntable and includes Ortery TruView 3D image composition software.
While the 3D PhotoArm can work with any photography turntable, it was designed to work best with a PhotoCapture 360 Series turntable and a compatible Canon or Nikon DSLR camera. A PhotoCapture 360 Series turntable could hold <1 o 1,000 lbs. and automatically capture between 4 to 360 images per 360 rotation. The PhotoCapture 360 software includes a 3D Image Capture mode where users can define hemispherical or full-spherical output - for example, how many rows and pictures per row to take. The software controls the whole capture and processing workflow. Image capture is automated at each row and the user is instructed (depending on the number of rows selected) to move the PhotoArm camera position to the next required angle. Individual images can be exported (JPG or RAW) then imported (JPG) into TruView 3D for composition into a 3D product view.
