I like the product because it always helps me find my glasses and I have not seen a similar product out there. 2 complaints: the battery goes dead within a few months where it cannot be recharged and you have to purchase a new one, sometimes sooner. I have had to go back and forth with their cust service. 2) the packaging is very hard to open without damaging the item.

A bad product not working after 2 tries? 1 replacement. The customer service from the the manufacturer is poor without deep knowledge of the product, either.

I cannot rate it because I can’t connect it. I downloaded the app, but when I try to sign in it keeps telling me the session has timed out. I try to ask to reset my password but when I try to send in my email address it doesn’t work because I don’t receive an email fro you. I need to speak to someone about how to connect the orbit to my phone. Otherwise I will have to return it.

The product is very low profile and makes a surprising amount of noise when activated for such a small device. I definitely recommend this device to anyone with a Velma complex :)

This product was small enough to fit on my glasses, but it was more like a dog tracker – it could tell you your location within global range -like ‘longitude/latitude’ - I needed something to help me find my glasses in the house itself. And what floor, etc.
