It Works...

It's fine. It works. However, the coiled cable feels a bit tight inside the boom, and I'm a little worried about longevity. Additionally, the joints never feel especially solid and jangle a bit, which is pretty bad for sound. We'll use it on remotes, but will probably use our other booms in studio.

Great boom for the buck

Very light weight boom pole. For first timer you might need to play with it a little to get the adjustment. Very comfortable foam. I did want another mechanism to lock the boom pole extension in place. But apart from that it is perfect
