5.56mm chamber brush

An absolute must have tool for the proper maintenance of your AR15 style rifle. The Otis brush is well-made and not prone to bending or having the bristles come loose like inferior competitors. I have gotten a complete year of use out of these and will buy no other brand.

None Better

If you read any of my other reviews you know I favor nylon brushes. In fact, I replace all bronze brushes w/ nylon versions. With one exception. This is that exception. This the best MSR Chamber Brush Period!! Nothing come close to its cleaning ability. NOTHING!!

The tapered bronze bristles of the Otis chamber brush scrub the chamber, neck and shoulder. The steel bristles at the base scrub the star chamber of the locking lugs. The brass stem is cold welded to the core, and the tip is folded, not cut. The chamber brush has a standard 8-32 thread.

It is available in either 5.56MM or 7.62MM (essential for anyone that shoots a 7.62MM rifle).
