This works well for smaller mirrorless & point 'n' shoot cameras, which is what I bought mine for. I've never liked the plastic neck straps that come with the cameras. I like softness, grip, and stretch/flex of neoprene. I also like the quick release clips for the loops that attach to the camers. The only improvement I might hope for is a set of web loops in addition to the included cord mini loops. An excellent value.

I bought an Op-Tech QD around-the-neck strap (similar to this product) and an Op-Tech QD wrist strap a few years ago. I use them interchangeably depending on my needs. I recently lost the around-the-neck strap and bought this as a replacement. The new strap now has a different quick disconnect mechanism. Previously I only have to add the quick disconnect mechanism to the left of the camera when I want to use the around-the-neck strap and always leave the right one all the time. I now have to remove the QD mechanism on the right when I need to use the around-the-neck strap. Nothing wrong with the new design, the new QD mechanism is slimmer and the around-the-neck chord is a bit longer so both are good improvements. However if you are ordering a replacement, please be aware of this change. I will now need to order a new QD wrist strap to enjoy the same convenience I am used to.

I use it for my Nikon P7000, an advanced and larger Point and shoot camera. The original cord was always getting tangled and it had the word NIKON emblazoned on it in bright yellow--not what I want when I don't want to attract attention to my gear. This strap is a minimalist solution that allows the camera to fit in a compact case. It's short. I put it around my neck when I'm walking around. I strap it around my wrist when I'm shooting. The two quick release buckles insure easy elimination of the strap when it isn't wanted. It's a fine product, but just take into account that it is meant to be short.

I got these for a small pair of binoculars. The ability to snap them on and off were perfect for my use. They easily held the (rather heavy) binoculars with ease.

BIN/OP STRAP from OP/TECH USA provides a stylish and comfortable carrying system for compact binoculars or cameras with two connection points. As the popularity of compact binoculars increases amongst outdoor and indoor entertainment enthusiasts, so does the demand for a comfortable strap.
The BIN/OP STRAP - QD (Quick Disconnects) uses small cord in the loop attachments which is ideal for cameras/binoculars with tight connection areas. The quick disconnects provide added versatility in a compact design. The main strap can be easily removed if desired. It is adjustable from 28" - 36" (71,1 cm to 91,4 cm).
