This is the best camera strap I have ever used. Since buying it (I actually bought two, one for each camera), I have carried my D90 on several fairly long hikes of several hours' length up and down mountainsides with little fatigue and no chafing. I set the length fairly long and wear the strap bandolier-style so that I can swing the camera a bit toward my back to keep the camera from banging against boulders and trees. The strap is soft and doesn't hurt my shoulders at all.

I bought one to try it and ended up with one on every camera (four SLRs) that I own, as well as my camcorder and 7x50 binoculars. Wonderful with any lens but especially good with 400mm and other heavy glass.

The little bit of stretch helps to reduce camera shake when shooting handheld.
