I already have Fast Caps on all my other cameras & love them. I just purchased another for my new camera. The only reason for the 4 star is because the cover does not freely rotate once it is on the lense. I have a Converter Cap from Op Tech that does rotate but apparently is not available in all sizes.

Very effective and well built lens cap. Would be nice to be able to rotate after tightened so cap would not obscure camera flash.

I loved the idea of this cap, as I have lost lens caps, and those with a "teather" or string attachment still get the string cut. This unit screws on my Sony 18-200 mm lens, but does crop the image at wide angle. The most annoying thing is the hinge and the thumb tab openner stick well beyond (4 or 7 mm)the lens and catches in my snug camera case. Every time I pull the lens/camera out of the case, the telephoto is pulled out to the maximum length and then the unit finally pulls from the case. At least the cap does not open accidently! Another issue is when it is screwed on the filter, you never know where the hinge point will end up when tight. With my lens/filter, the hinge is near the bottom of the lens, so when I rest my camera flat on a surface, it leans over a little because that dang hinge happens to be near the bottom of the lens. This is a great cap, but not so good in a tight case. I have removed the cap and will figure something else out.
