Knuckle savior
Unless you have an AR and have cleaned the star chamber you can't believe how much this tool reduces the time spent cleaning and the results for your weapon.

The star chamber tool is a necessary tool for cleaning ARs. It should have been included with the Elete cleaning kit not purchased seperately!

Over 20 years
Outstanding product. I have been cleaning the star chamber for over 20 years and always dreaded it. This product cut the time by over half and gets it clean!

Best Tool for The Job
I've tried some chamber cleaning tools from Sinclair's. The Otis chamber cleaning tool costs less and does a much better job. The telescoping rod makes the Otis tool a lot more compact and easy to carry in my range bag.

Nice add to tools
Tool is well make plastic with a hardened steel scraper that comes off and allows the use of a felt star to clean a very hard to reach area of the barrel extension. I did not have any carbon as I keep things clean it is nice that it collapses and fits in my cleaning kit. Could use a few more fingers on the star, but I have other ones that do that work with the tool

I was so hoping this would work and work well. Thank God it did. The amount of time and q-tips this product saves is worth it. I’m very happy that I bought this. I clean my ARs a lot because I use them a lot so for me this is a life and time saver. Great job!

Does NOT work on DPMS G2 S.A.S.S 7.62 models
I ordered this product off of amazon with the 7.62 option. The bit is too large to fit into the chamber for the DPMS 7.62 S.A.S.S G2. :(

A must for ar-15 owners
well, being an ar15 owner, otis absolutely hit a grand slam with the star chamber cleaning tool .. many a time cleaning the star chamber has presented to be a trial to get it properly cleaned.. i didnt know how i was going to get that area cleaned ! .. well.. when i discovered the tools of otis, now granted i have been using the clp and patches, etc... i struck gold when i got the star chamber cleaning tool .. as the review title states.. this tool is a must have for ar-15 owners.. well done otis ! cheers ! alexander
