I don't understand why this small cal cleaning cable didn't come with the OTIS pistol cleaning kit.

I had the rifle version of this thin 5-40 pitch small caliber cleaning cable. I used it a lot for 22LR pistol, because the thicker cable that came with the Otis cleaning kit was completely useless. I didn't like how long the rifle version was, was a bit squirly, this smaller cable is just what was needed.
