Want a really clean shotgun?
I have a 20GA O/U premium shotgun and I want to keep it in as clean a condition as I can. I purchased a leading brand, highly recommended bore snake and ran it through the barrel a few times, thinking I was doing a thorough cleaning. I then used the Otis Patriot cleaning kit with 20GA patch saver and bronze brush. On the first pass, the patch was full of carbon. I then ran the bronze brush through once and followed with a clean patch. Both patches were coated with a small amount of CLP. The last patch with the Otis was clean.
I shot 25 rounds of Remington 20GA Gun Club Target rounds in the barrel before the cleaning was attempted. No comparison between the two methods. I can use the bore snake as the first part of the process, but it has to be followed by the Otis cleaning method if I want the shotgun really clean. Excellent product.

Excellent customer service
My experience using this cleaning kit on my Remington 1100 was fantastic. My gun looks and functions better then ever. But even better was my experience with customer service. My order got lost by my post office and I called Otis Technology to see if they could help. I spoke to a man named Jared and he was so helpful and assured me that if it was lost they would send me another one! He made sure to check in and make sure I received the item both through a call and email. Give that guy a raise! ?? (seriously)

Cleans my AK's gas tube
I don't know what else to say other then it works, nothing extraordinary it's just a good cleaning kit. Probably works really well on a shotgun too.

Awesome shotgun cleaning kit
Prior to this, I was using a rod and patch method of cleaning the barrel. This left quite a bit of material in the chamber after multiple passes. The Otis cleaning kit has a rubber disc which compresses the patch tightly against the barrel. This removes tons of grit and gets the barrel very clean.

Go To Cleaning Kit
This kit has become my go to cleaning kit for my shotgun! I am impressed by how well it cleans my firearm and the ease of use. I only wish the cable was about 3-4 inches longer so it would clean my 32" barrel with the extend chokes on.
