I recently ordered a Patriot Gun Cleaning Kit and a 4 oz bottle of cleaner and a 4 oz bottle of lubricant. It shipped right out, which was good, but the lubricant was a 4 oz spray. For me, spray is not applied with with any precision and its hard to apply "just a drop" where you want it, so I dropped customer service an email asking how we might work this out. They got right back to me and explained that the lubricant doesn't come in 4 oz even the illustration was not accurate. The solution they offered was to send out 2 - 2 oz bottles of lubricant, no charge of course, and that I should keep the spray with their compliments in the interest of customer service. I'm happy as I can be with the product and especially happy to recommend the customer service. No excuses here and no baloney...just good folks taking care of their customers. Thanks' Larry for making a quality product and running a good shop and thanks, Matt and Courtney for taking good care of me.

This kit is the prefect range bag cleaning kit. The compact design helps keep it out of the way until needed. I take this kit to the range with me and clean my weapons prior to leaving. Simple, well thought out, nice product.

The size makes it great to carry if needed. I prefer it to all in one since any tool you luse is for that caliber and you do not have to search for the right one. I usually clear my 1911 at home but it would be great at any location.

Nice having the tools by caliber separated. Packaging does really support modular storage, which would be a huge benefit. Shipping coast to coast was so slow that I forgot that I bought them. Not good in today's two-day shipping world.

All of my other Patriot Kits have received 5 stars. 95% of time I use nylon bore brushes for my cleaning routines. I wish that these kits had the option to choose your brush type. Love the case. Its durable & keeps everything organized.

I have used Otis products for years and my son has used them for sometime also. My first one was the compact pouch which much of the time was on my belt but Otis improved on themselves and upgraded everything my Patriot kit goes in my 39in hard case with MC-10. My Defender fits nicely on my backpack straps and yes my small travel pouch still stays with me. I truly wished things like these would have been around in the 50s when I was in the military or even when I got out and became a LEO. Is it worth the price, IMO **** even if the cost was 3 times what it is. I know the value of my family and I want all my tools working as the should.
