Used for a golf simulator. 4 way keystones allowed me to get image fully displayed perfectly on the screen. Layout of the sim required the projector to be a few inches back from where it should have for the throw ratio but easily corrected. Bright enough even in eco mode. Love the low maintenance and long life of the laser technology.

Image quality is good, however, the HDMI 2 port on our new unit doesn't work. The installation on a ceiling is very difficult and time consuming because there is no lens adjustment to help. Support is non-existent and the user manual is average. I'm a previous Panasonic projector owner and I've got to say I feel they are a better product for the money.

Bought a pair of these to use with a home cockpit. Picture is bright, crisp and super easy to set up. My 10 year old son was playing games on one of these 10 minutes after pulling it out of the box! Printed out the 74 page manual I found on the product page. I love printed manuals! If you are looking for a short-throw projector look no further.

The instructions with this are a mini manual with a QR code that takes you to a website where this model isn’t even listed. For such an expensive item, just getting set up is a nightmare and worse than any electronics item I’ve dealt with in many years. Definitely go with a competitor.

I bought this for my golf simulator and It is super sharp. Under bright lights, projector is bright enough to display a nice image. Dark room, movies in HDR is spectacular. Setup was easy, I really like the auto vertical keystone. It changes keystone by itself. If need to, it offers horizontal shift and 4 corner keystone. So very flexible. Short throw was a perfect setup for a golf simulator. It is mounted 7 feet from by screen which is the perfect distance.

Exceptional, huge-screen image quality from several feet away
Bring the cinematic experience to space-constrained environments with the incredible 4,200 lumens, 1080p Optoma GT1090HDR laser short throw home theater projector. A short 0.50:1 throw ratio projects incredible 100-inch images from only several feet away.
A DuraCore Laser light source eliminates lamp and filter replacements for up to 30,000 hours of maintenance-free operation with stunning color and image quality throughout the life of the projector. The compact size and low weight make mounting a breeze while its quiet operation ensures the GT1090HDR is seen, not heard.
Auto keystone and four corner correction provide flexible image adjustments for easy installation. Blu-ray 3D support brings the immersive 3D movie experience home when paired with optional DLP-Link 3D glasses.
DLP Technology
DLP (Digital Light Processing) is a proprietary technology from Texas Instruments that offers digital projection with higher contrast, faster response time, good pixel structure and virtually no color degradation.
Amazing Color
Our projectors are capable of reproducing the Rec.709 color gamut, the international HDTV standard to guarantee accurate reproduction of cinematic color exactly as the director intended.
Short Throw Projection
Project images in limited space environments with short-throw projection. The short-throw lens requires short distances to project large images.
HDR
High dynamic range (HDR) technology delivers brighter whites and deeper black levels. Optoma HDR accepts HDR10 signals with four selectable picture modes: Normal, Bright, Detail, and Film.
Full 3D
Display true 3D content from almost any 3D source, including 3D Blu-ray Disc players, 3D broadcasting, and the latest-generation game consoles. Support for 144Hz rapid-refresh rate provides ultra-smooth flicker-free images. DLP Link 3D glasses required.
USB Power
Power and charge your USB devices with the USB power port. The port delivers up to 1-amp and ideal for some HDMI streaming sticks.
Signal Power On
The projector powers on when it receives a signal through the HDMI input. This ensures the projector is turned on at the same time as the source device.
+12v Trigger
Easily trigger a motorized screen to lower or raise when the projector is powered on or off.
