You can tell when you pull it out of the bag for the first time that this stand will be sturdy and last a while. My only gripe with it is that you can only shrink down the width to a 2 part width, rather than down to 1. This makes it challenging to fit in smaller areas as the legs are really wide as well. This may be overkill for a lot of people working in clients homes. I worked around this by drilling a second hole on one of the end lengths, so that it would work in a single length fashion, while still working with 2 and 3 section's when needed.

needed it right away. [...] this product worked well, although they really don't make things like they used to. it should be fine for me when I need it. this is not a major item for me. will work fine.

Product is what you pay for. Stands are of decent quality, crossbar is only one length and cannot be adjusted and the carrying bag is of very poor construction. It basically ripped when I was taking it out of the box!

Lightweight, easy to set up, great value for what you get. The only thing I would like to see different is the ability to control the length of the crossbar.
