Not a professional level performance
Not sturdy enough for frequent use. Bracket bent. Operating is not smooth nor reliable for safe use in my opinion

Best bang for your buck
We wanted something simple and easy to use for our business. For the price we couldn’t be happier. Our furniture catalog shots have come out better than expected with this product!

Awesome wall mount
This wall kit is everything! Makes it SO easy for me to use my large 107" rolls of seamless paper. Instructions or lack of install instructions suck BUT it's fairly easy to figure out. If you are using on smaller backdrops that don't already come with a tube you will need to insert something in them to keep them held up. If you purchase a large canvas roll or paper that already has a tube holding it together then you don't need to purchase anything extra. Rolls easy up and down. Some 'chain' pieces are harder than others to get a part, if you need a smaller pulley.. All in all this system works amazing. I don't know why it took me so long to purchase!

This is an amazing product. You could be bothered by the plastic rail which does not bother me at all and does the job perfectly. Is it worth getting a product that does have a metal rod for 300 to $400 more? Well, you are the only one to decide. You do not need a rod as some wrote previously. When installed properly, you could increase/decrease the radius of the ends to it tightens your background tube.It comes with poor explanation to set it up, but Youtube will always save us all.Overall, I am very pleased with this product!

Incredibly hard to set up
I finally have my paper backdrop set up on this, two weeks after purchasing. It does not come with installation instructions, just a piece of paper with a diagram of the kit already installed. Some people say you need a rod to hold up your paper backdrop, I had to call the company, Interfit to find out if that was true, and they said you do not. It was hard to install and figure out how to use the extension tubes.. It is a study mount so I will give you that but be prepared to figure it out pretty much on your own.
