Used for background lighting and fill light for seated model. Heavy and solid, easily holds studio strobe and softbox. Folds to very compact package for travel, storage. The second mounting spigot in the leg is a very handy feature.

Great value for the price. Very heavy base keeps light stable.

I was a pro photographer - retired 20 years ago. Minimal usage of the stand so far. I have a three light setup of 150ws Interfit strobes. All with softboxes. I'm using this stand for the back light. The stand has the usual adjustable center shaft plus a fitting on one leg so you can position the light lower. I've been using the lower position for background light. So far the stand is stable. The feet were engineered so the center of gravity is correct. It appears well made. It also comes with adapters so you can fit the strobe bracket as well 3/8" & 1/4" threads for a camera. I have two other Interfit stands and all three are well made. I think good value for the money.

Perfect for seated portraits, not quite enough height for standing portraits

The Floor stand enables you to put a flash at low levels on the backgroud, it can also be used as medium sized stand for lower levels.
The floor stand comes with the additional brass mounting head as shown on the picture to the right.
