Questions & Answers

JOHN N : What is maximum weight they hold?BRANDON R : I had two of these that I used to support two 32"x32" DayFlo FX-3204 softboxes. They are less than 10 pounds and I wouldn't go heavier than that. I had one of these arms fail after about a year of use.CURTIS M : I can't give you an exact weight but I can say that the hold my Photogenic 600 mono lights with a large soft box with no problem what so ever. If you know Photogenics then you know the older models are heavy tanks. I hope that helps.
CURTIS M : What is the max length of boom with this wall mount?DAVID B : The boom is 24" collapsed and 48" extendedCURTIS M : duh...I see it thank you.CURTIS M : I am referring to the Interfit Photographic INT309
Matthew G : Can this also swivel from left to right when mounted? or is there only vertical motion?LYNNETTE L : Yes, it definitely goes from left to right. I have since purchased another one of these to hang my fill light on with an umbrella because the first one was so fantastic. They are mounted on my high ceilings in my studio about 2 feet from the ceiling, I can adjust them up and down and move them in any direction. They are worth much more than what they are priced at.CHARLES P : Yes, it does swivel left to right, however it does not go flush against the wall. With the boom arm fully extended, the tip, where the light attaches, is about 19" away from the wall when swung all the way left or right.KEITH F : Yes. It swings left or right. It won't go quite flush to the wall to either side but it gets pretty close. So you have almost 180 degrees of motion but not quite.TIMOTHY J : Yes. TED N : Yes it swivels right to left and adjusts up and down. This is a well built item.

Excellent wall mounted boom

Excellent quality. If I needed another more, I would definitely buy these again without reservation.

Perfect for my use.

I bought two of these to go on either side of my 30' wide studio. I have a track system that's 20' wide so is 5 feet short on both sides. These work perfectly when i need a light right at the edge of the studio and I hate light stands. They fold out of the way when not in use.

Super Space Saver

These are just as well made as the "name" brand ones (starts with a B) at a third of the price. I own both. Gets rid of stands to trip over in small spaces, or stands in background behind a model from booms, etc. Best thing you'll ever put in studio.

Simple and Useful

Mounted to the wall at my studio. Great use for hair lights and getting things off the floor. With limited floor space this is perfect. Wish it was a little longer but I plan to get 2 more and the price is still cheaper then buying some the high end wall mounts
