The major benefits of the Kooltubz are the use of "Osram Dulux" energy efficient and flicker free 55 watt lamps providing a near daylight balanced light source at 4700 lumens per tube. Being cool to touch lamps makes them ideal for photographing children, food, and general portraiture. Additionally they are ideal for video users and broardcast usage.

Each lamp is equivalent to 220 watt of Tungsten lighting therefore the 4 lamp unit provides 880 watts and 1320 watts for the 6 lamp head. Full controllability of the lamps allows a combination of 2 x 55 watt lamps to be turned on or off via the rear panel switches so you can control your lighting with ease.

The stand clamp on both units can also be rotated to use the head in Portrait mode.

Using a worldwide voltage of 100 to 240 volts, allows mobile video studios and photographers the perfect choice as a compact lighting travel companion.
