Great idea but not for me.
The idea in overall is great. I was hoping it will help me but essentially that didn’t happen.
There is a lag with every button, slider or dial.
There isn’t a lot of useful or intuitive ways to set actions when using photoshop.
In Lightroom is better but still not there yet.
Maybe in a few years they will fix it and make it for someone like me but not now.
But I will recommend it, because you should have your own opinion.

My forearm and palm muscles thank you, Palette!
After culling from 3400 down to 1200 photos, then basic edits for color correction, etc. in lightroom, my arm was feeling surprisingly sore.
Shortly thereafter, I was reading a blog on how to edit more efficiently and read "By the time I was done editing, my hand would be sore." - that was in a section introducing the Palette system as part of a streamlined workflow.
Being faced with another similar editing session, I decided I was worth the splurge and ordered the Palette setup and a couple of extra knobs to match the setup recommended by the blogger.
It arrived the morning I was about to start. Took me 45 minutes or so to get everything unpackaged, assembled, and get the software downloaded and configured.
Spool-up time was very short...in no time, I was using the knobs/buttons/sliders instead of the trackpad and keyboard.
Definitely a better workflow (trackpad-right-click-select-tool isn't as efficient as clicking a button or twisting a knob). And, in addition to being quicker (and more precise on the adjustments), my hand and forearm felt a LOT better.
My advice, if you're worth it...buy it! (and hey, I believe in you - you're worth it!)

It looks cool. It’s a cool idea. Just wasnt the improvement to my workflow that I was looking for.
The product aesthetically is really nice. The amount of customized button options is great. The reason I returned it however is that I found that one of my hands was still having to go back and forth between the palette and the keyboard which didn’t improve my workflow speed at all. Also the sliders weren’t quite as smooth as I’d hoped. There were moments where I was I was looking to make just a slight adjustment and the slider would jump too far.
