Printer does not work with computer

I load the disk and start follow all steps to install the driver in my computer.First I notice that "Warning software is not legally product.When I continue to install,then after finish I restart my computer and try to print.It failed to print.I tried with 2 computers.One with window 7 and other with window XP.I will request to return this product
