Pros: 
Solid build, we get a lot for the price $1,176 before Tax.
Jib Stand is strong and supports the weight
The Tension cable ensures the Jib is able to handle the load.
Pan and Tilt is smooth and easy to operate.
We also get Power Pack but I plan to power direct and use Power Pack for outdoor or where outlet is not available.
Jib is easy to operate
We can reach ~20' high and also pan/tilt to get various angles 
It is made in India and not from China happy to see India starting to manufacture for USA
Comments:
Jib length is 15' and not 18' from the stand to front of the crane, nevertheless we get 4' from which technically will have the camera reach over 18'
Have only assembled and tested in home studio, and plan to have the sections pre-assembled as much as possible to save time in install and wind up
I am using Sony HXR-NX100 and for this load we need around 60LBs of counter weight which I purchased from Walmart for a decent price.
This unit is supposed to work indoor and outdoor which I am yet to try though
