Easy to setup, use & fly. When using controller, must use cord with regular USB connection to controller. USB-C works for charging only.

Parrot drops the ball
Loved the size, the 4k images, the thermal images, the ease of flying. Rugged little drone. NEGATIVE: After waiting weeks for the Anafi's release, I ordered this drone the first day it was available. 2nd flight we experienced a problem, 26 weeks ago I contacted Parrot and informed them that my drone was having issues and needed a solution. This is how I know it's rugged/durable. There was clearly a firmware/software issue. Updates were attempted with out correcting the problem. It took Parrot months to acknowledge that they needed to replace the drone, in November we finally received an email that states they had decided to replace our defective drone. Parrot instructed us to attempt to exchange the drone through the vendor Adorama Camera, but by this point the 90 day warranty had passed so Adorama said we'd have to deal with Parrot directly. We let Parrot know and parrot said they would do the exchange. When we call to follow up on a replacement date we are told that the "prosumer" division is working on this. We asked to speak with the prosumer division and were told we can't. Then on January 13th we received an email saying management decided to exchange our drone. WTH? We were past this point, this was decided in Novmerber. We called 2/7/20 to follow up and get the damn drone replaced and again we were told blah blah blah, it's the prosumer division that will send the drone replacement. Again we were told we can't talk with the prosumer division, they apparently don't have a phone number. Needless to say, Parrot dropped the ball, they gave us a lemon and did not support their product. And the beat goes on. Wow Parrot, heck of a company. Sadly I can't say "The End". tic toc tic toc tic toc

ANAFI Thermal Drone & Bundle
The ANAFI Thermal Drone is great! The photos taken with the normal camera are fantastic. The thermal is easy to use. The UAS is very quiet. The UAS does not geo fence like DJI products which is nice. The only down side is the lack of instruction available for this product. Also the return to home minimum height is about 60 feet which I haven't located a way to turn that off unlike DJI UAS.

Anafi Thermal - Adv Radiometric 160x120
Great little 160 Thermal craft. It beats the Mavic 2 Dual on themal because it's Full Radiometric and can use FLIR Tools, the Mavic of same 160 Sensor is not Radiometric. Plus the 180 degree gimbal tilt and zoom RGB camera. On the not so great, the controller is more fussy to connect, range not as far as Mavic2 and tablet holder could use improvement. The RC controller needs a power switch instead of needing to close the phone clamp, which is not possible with Tablet mounted. All in all, good platform for a small 160x120 Thermal, it could use improvement but it's still the only Advanced Radiometric 160 drone available for now, and not an prohibitive price for a small Thermal craft.
