NICOLE B : Will this fit a 50mm lens?MICHAL S : The flash has 6 adaptors (52mm, 55mm, 58mm, 62mm, 67mm and 72mm) that are measured in diameter. These adapters cover most of lens sizes.
My 50mm 1.8 lens is 52mm in diameter so it fits.AMY B : No. The smallest adapter it comes with is 52mm.MARTIN D : It depends what you mean by 50mm lens. If you mean 50mm focal length, then I can't tell you for sure. If you mean a lens with a 50mm screw-in filter diameter, then the answer is, not really. The light comes with six adapter rings that you screw onto the lens like a filter, then the ring light slides onto the adapter ring. The light comes with six adapter rings for filter sizes 52mm, 55mm, 58mm, 62mm, 67mm, and 72mm. You might be able to use the light with a 50mm filter thread lens if you could obtain a 50mm->52mm step-up filter adapter.Larry G : It comes with adapter rings based on your lens' filter thread size:
52mm
55mm
58mm
62mm
67mm
72mm
Shopper : does this fit olympus?MARTIN D : I use it with my Olympus OM-D EM-1. The light comes with six adapter rings that you screw onto the lens like a filter, then the ring light slides onto the adapter ring. The light comes with six adapter rings for filter sizes 52mm, 55mm, 58mm, 62mm, 67mm, and 72mm. As long as your lens has one of these filter sizes, and a hot shoe to which you can mount the power unit, you can use the light with your Olympus camera.
ANTHONY P : Pentony asked: Does this work with TTL? Can you use it in automatic mode?MICHAEL M : TTL mode is fine as it your camera will adjust itself to the light available when you AF -meter the shot.Janet L : No it does not work in TTL. It isn't a strobe. They are LED lights. The unit can work on a flash mode, but it doesn't put out as much light as a speedlites or strobe. It really works better in the constant on mode as it gives you more light to assist with focusing. ANDREW R : Unfortunately this unit is not dedicated and thus is not TTL enabled.
