Got this when my antique Sunpak got tired and went into retirement. The softbox puts out good, consistent light and is easy to take anywhere; it works. I like the size and materials, but the wire stays can bend rather that be spring-like. Also, there is no way to keep them with the softbox when it is knocked down, and they rattle around in the back of my SUV until they get lost.

I use this product in my home studio. It was challenging to assemble but that only needs to be done once. One rod needs to go all the way through the velcro tab then the other three rods installed and the first one pushed back into place. Using the floor for leverage really helps. Provides great soft lighting just like intended. I use it with the Interfit Photographic Strobie XS Bracket to hold my SB900 and it works great. Will hold other flashes as well. This makes it totally portable to go on location without external power.
