Because precision and efficiency are paramount in electronics assembly, the PanaVise 333 Rapid Assembly Circuit Board Holder is expertly designed to enhance speed and versatility. This work-holding tool is composed of three main components: a sturdy 10" center shaft integrated into a weighted base, a pair of adaptable circuit holder arms connected by a 14" square crossbar, and a flexible connector that links the crossbar to the center shaft.The circuit board holder arms are designed to slide along the crossbar, accommodating circuit boards up to 12" in size. For secure placement, each arm requires a minimum of 1" of crossbar length. The arms are easily locked into position with two tightening knobs at their bases, ensuring stability during use.The inner edge of the arms features V-shaped grooves, providing a secure grip on circuit boards. Additionally, strategically placed notches near the tips of the arms can be utilized to hold small electronic parts. The right circuit board holder arm is equipped with a ratcheting lever, enabling fine adjustments of the opening between the two arms. This feature facilitates quick mounting and removal of circuit boards without the need to loosen the main adjustment knob.The connector between the center rod and the crossbar offers eight adjustable positions, along with six positive lock positions on the vertical plane. This allows for variable height adjustments along the center rod, providing flexibility for different assembly requirements.The PanaVise 333's stability is enhanced by its five lb. cast iron base, which features wing structures that evenly distribute its weight. Each winged section contains a pre-drilled and tapped hole, making it suitable for mounting accessories.
