About PanaVise Head

The PanaVise 366 wide opening vise head features jaws that open up to 6", allowing existing compatible vise bases to hold small or larger objects without the need to change heads. Jaws are opened and closed via a "single-action" side crank mechanism that moves the jaw opposite it away and/or towards the other. The unit ships with reversible and removable 1-7/8" neoprene jaw pads that provide a firm yet scratch free hold for secured items. One side of the pads has multiple grooves designed for flat surfaces, while the other side has a wide "V" groove to hold round or elliptical objects.

When the pads are removed, jaws open to 6-1/4". To promote eye comfort, the PanaVise 366 is treated with a black oxide coating to reduce glare in bright lighting conditions. The head stem is 5/8" in diameter, making it compatible with the full 300 series of PanaVise bases, as well as other vise bases that accept 5/8" head stems.
