It's the ultimate protection for your Sony PXW-X160 Camcorder or DSLR camera kit - the black Cargo Case Camera Edition. This semi-rigid, lightweight camera bag is designed to securely hold a fully assembled professional video camera up to 16.5" long within its 9" tall main compartment. Constructed from robust 1000-D Cordura nylon, this bag is not just durable but also features stylish suede accents. The bag's exterior is further enhanced with a skid-resistant waterproof bottom, ensuring your equipment stays dry and secure even in challenging conditions. For additional storage, the bag boasts two padded side pockets on the exterior, perfect for carrying extra gear. It also includes two front and back exterior flat zippered pockets, along with two front and back interior slip pockets, providing ample space for all your camera accessories. Inside, the main compartment can be customized to your needs. It comes with a padded foam Camera Cradle, which provides extra protection for your SLR camera. The Camera Cradle can be secured with the Cradle Cinch tie-down strap, preventing your camera from moving around during transport. The bag also includes a detachable divider, a removable microphone pocket, and a detachable PB-B9 stuff sack. These can be arranged to your liking, providing internal structure and organization within the main compartment. The interior of the case is lined with a polyester foam core and Veltex for soft, protective padding. The bag features reverse zippers that are sewn in upside-down for added durability, with the zipper pulls moved back to the top for normal functionality. For easy transportation, you can carry your bag using the removable shoulder strap or the suede grip handles. Two solid steel clip rings on the outside of the bag allow for attaching accessories like keys. As with all Porta Brace soft cases, the CAR-PXW160 is proudly manufactured in Vermont, USA.
