Bait and switch

I purchased what is shown in the photograph. The bag was to have the suede strap as shown. What I got from the seller was a bag with a cheap nylon version strap. I wanted this smaller bag to match my larger one. Contacted customer service, sent photo as they requested, got an offer to keep what they sent, plus $25 off the price. I rejected that and asked that they send what I ordered. They said it was special order, and it’s been over one week and no communication or notice of shipment of the bag that I ordered.

The Porta Brace CS-DC3U Digital Camera Carrying Case protects and organizes the camera and the essential accessories. The bottom panel is reinforced with 8mm hollow core plastic, foam layers and a new layer of anti-skid material, which adds an extra layer of protection against water, dirt and grime with an easy wipe-off surface. 1" thick foam, 1000 denier Cordura Nylon with a generous coating of polyurethane waterproofing provides long lasting protection. The cradle inside is adjustable and stays where you put it to keep the camera from shifting.
