I purchased what is shown in the photograph.  The bag was to have the suede strap as shown.  What I got from the seller was a bag with a cheap nylon version strap.  I wanted this smaller bag to match my larger one.

Contacted customer service, sent photo as they requested, got an offer to keep what they sent,  plus $25 off the price.  I rejected that and asked that they send what I ordered.  They said it was special order, and it’s been over one week and no communication or notice of shipment of the bag that I ordered.
