Constructed with a lightweight hollow-core plastic frame, this backpack is surrounded by thick foam padding, ensuring your valuable equipment is well-protected. The unique flared-top design is tailored to house both the removable wheel system at the narrow bottom and large matte boxes or rig handles at the wider top.

The expandable lid accommodates tall rig handles, while the bottom interior is lined with a soft, anti-skid material to prevent your rig from sliding. To further secure your camera rig during transport, two tie-down straps are included.

The interior side-walls are lined with the soft side of Velcro fastener, allowing for customizable positioning of Porta-Brace Divider Kits (sold separately). The exterior is crafted from abrasion-resistant 1000-denier Cordura, ensuring durability and longevity.

For added waterproofing and ease of cleaning, the bottom of the case features an anti-skid rubber material. Given the weight of large camera rigs, the RIG-8HKOR offers two convenient transportation options: a comfortable backpack with padded lumbar support or a removable off-road wheel system.

The backpack straps and lumbar support pad are lined with breathable mesh for airflow, and thick padding for comfort. A chest strap, waist-belt with a large plastic clip, and weight adjustment straps ensure secure and comfortable carrying.

The off-road wheels, equipped with solid rubber tires, ball bearings, and strong steel axles, allow for easy rolling over almost any surface. These wheels can be easily removed and carried separately to prevent damage during air or van travel.

Storage is ample with a large pocket on the lid for carrying c-stands, cables, and other accessories, and cinches for attaching a larger tripod.
