The Panasonic AJ-PCD20 solid-state memory drive addresses the need of today's video professional for easier, and faster file transfers on the desktop or in the field.

The flexible, time-saving AJ-PCD20 P2 internal/external drive acts as a conduit between P2 cards and a computer. Specifically for use with non-linear editing systems, you can mount five 8GB P2 cards simultaneously for instant access over FireWire or USB 2.0.

When connected to either a MAC or PC the P2 cards will appear as one drive, making it extremely easy to browse through video footage. Instant access is yours with continuous editing of all recorded content in sequence.

This direct-to-edit (DTE) approach will save you time and money and eliminating cumbersome tape-based acquisition that often leads to dropouts and time code errors.

Compatible with Windows 2000, XP and MAC OS X, the AJ-PCD20 installs directly into a standard PC 5.25" bay drive enclosure or can be connected to a computer and local area network (LAN) via its USB 2.0 or IEEE1394b FireWire interfaces.
