The Panasonic AJ-YBX200G is an add-on board which gives the AJ-HPX2000, AJ-HPM100/110 camcorder the ability to record footage in the AVC-Intra format. AVC-Intra uses the popular H.264 codec and is twice as efficient as DVCPRO HD. At 50 mbps AVC-Intra will perform at the same quality as DVCPRO HD, allowing users to shoot for twice the duration per P2 card. If cranked up to 100 mbps, the format performs beautifully with image quality unrivaled.
