the good; Nice and compact, nice to grip and shoot, good still photos, good video quality. Cute.
the bad; What, no lens cap/gaurd . . . jeeze?  No holster available that I can find,  battery life is short, so I bought more.   
I use other high quality gear, when I want to pack and haul.
