Network connectivity
The KV-N1028X is one of three scanners in Panasonic's new network scanner lineup. All scanners in this lineup offer Gigabit Ethernet connections and Wireless LAN capabilities, to help you save time and speed up your document management processes. Enjoy the ease of scanning from a PC with no USB connection required, to a mobile device or directly from the KV-N1028X.

Intuitive 5" color touchscreen
The 5" LCD color touchscreen was designed with you in mind. The large, easy-to-navigate screen allows for the quick selection of settings and destinations, thus simplifying the scanning process and making it a user-friendly experience.

Speedy scanning to 100 destinations
Easily program up to 100 scanning destinations on the KV-N1028X using the touchscreen and send scanning jobs to the destination of your choice within seconds. The KV-N1028X also allows you to create shortcuts for preferred settings and destinations using the Favorite button.

Flexible document handling
Scan virtually any type of document as the KV-N1028X supports the largest range of document weights (20 - 413 g/m2), unlimited long-paper mode, barcode recognition, passport scanning and mixed document scanning.

Numerous file output formats
The KV-N1028X offers document outputs such as PDF (searchable, compact, password), JPEG, XLSX, PPTX and even DOCX when scanning to Panasonic Image Capture Plus.
