I needed this product for my fax machine told it was out!
I have purchased Panasonic product for many years, will no longer be purchasing them. They have too many complications and the parts and accessories are to hard to get and replace. They are telling me the fax film that I need for my fax machine want be available until February 18, 2018. I have had it less than 2 years and now I have to go buy another one. So mad!

So far so good... replacement for a larger Brother
Also plain paper fax but with toner cartridge instead of film. It started to jam often. Though the technology was old and not used much any more, I wanted a replacement. I won't be using the answering feature and haven't figured out all of its features yet. Will be used mainly as an extension telephone, occasionally as a fax, and copier.

Replacement
This unit replaced an older unit that served us very well for 17 tears.
