Need to buy directly from Panasonic. Cartridges from other stores make a mess when installing cannot tell you why. Panasonic Ink cartridge and drum went in very nicely. Panasonic is a very good product. I like my Panasonic copier, printer, fax.

I bought this OE product after the ink from a cartridge refill kit from a non-OE seller on Amaz*n ruined my drum unit by spreading ink powder everywhere and printing with ink smudge all over the printed page. I had to replace my drum along with this Panasonic OE print cartridge. I blew out the whole printer with a compressor. After that I had to run 30 pages through the machine to clear the residual powder smudge on my printed pages. I thought my printer was gone. Never again. I'm ordering the OE printer cartridge from now on. Works perfectly! I got the best price on this website.

I ordered this product online twice from other companies before ordering from Panasonic. The first cartridge leaked the powdered ink right away and the second one was the incorrect item for my copier. I've learned my lesson and will order directly from the company from now on. Not having to deal with the frustration of problems with leaks and returning items is well worth the cost of the Panasonic cartridge.
