Several comments have said Windows-10 support for the software is not available. I found that the disc shipped with the product is indeed not compatible. BUT if you go the the website there IS a Windows-10 Version. I downloaded it an it works perfectly. I found it here: http://panasonic.net/pcc/support/tel/tg958.html
