This would be an excellent phone for the money if only it had a headset jack. My old Panasonics had headset jacks. I will be taking this one back to the store as I like to do chores while talking on the phone

Needed to replace my old, very reliable, excellent Pana so I opted for this one which now allows us to have an extension in guest house and be able to intercom between them. Works great, couldn't be happier.

This replaced another Panasonic, which served me for 10 yrs. I love the great features and easy set-up. The "call block" is especially useful. Also large buttons and screen letters are great for these old eyes! The one small negative is poor speakerphone sound.

For the price it's a great little phone. It's a perfect size for my kitchen counter top, and easy to use.

I purchased these at Costco and have been very happy with them which I did not expect since they cost so little, but they have performed beautifully. My 20 plus year old Panasonic phones still wok but they needed new batteries and these were just a little more than the new batteries for the old phones. Panasonic surely makes a great product and I always look for this brand, I have a Panasonic stereo that I bought 32 years ago that still works and the sound is better than any other stereo I have ever listened to.

As a senior citizen we upgraded to this new phone system. Still having trouble trying to understand some of the guidelines for use: Missed Call shows on handset even though we answered the call. Have trouble trying to change group names or capture a name, then it shows the same name over and over. Still trying to read the small print and work the instructions shown in their manual.

Extremely happy with all phases of my purchase of the first cordless phone I have owned. A quality product, as always from Panasonic. I only wish that I could still purchase a new Model EUR644348 Remote control for my Technics Model SA-EX410.

Purchased this phone because we had such good luck with our last Panasonic phone. I'm a bit disappointed in the battery life. Our old phone would hold a charge longer than the new one :(

The problem with this is that the rep assured me that it could hang on the wall. When it arrived, there was no way to hang it and I returned it. The rep took a lot of my time, at least a half hour locating this product. So it was a waste all around. So I cannot recommend this product as a wall phone. I have no idea about the phone in general.

Nothing special about the phone but it works fine and was relatively inexpensive. Satisfies the needs we had.

I used the online Chat and was quickly directed to what I was looking for and it was on sale. The customer service rep stayed with me through the ordering process and I was done in about 5 minutes. With the free shipping it was a great deal and arrived four days later. Set up was a breeze and I was replacing another Panasonic telephone answering phone which I'd had over 9 years.

Replaced a bulky answering, fax, cordless phone with this smaller phone that has all the features with the exception of fax which I could do without.

Illuminated Handset Keypad
Lighted handset keypad allows for easy dialing in darkened rooms.

Intelligent Eco Mode
This feature automatically lowers the power consumption when you're using the handset close to the base unit. Not only does it extend the available talk time, it's good for the environment. When less power is used by the handset to communicate with the base unit, battery life is prolonged which results in less frequent charging and can result in fewer batteries in landfills.
