I bought this phone 7 months ago. First it stopped lighting up, so I couldn't see who was calling or what numbers I was using. Now it rings, lights briefly, and by the time I answer it has disconnected and gone dark again. To top it off when i tried to get some help, they want to charge me $5 to chat with someone online!!! Come on, people. I'm an old lady and I want to TALK to someone about the problems I'm having. I certainly don't want to be charged for it. But you can't call because there is no phone number available any where. Maybe they're phones don't work either. Ha.Ha. No more Panasonic for me.

Bought this kind of unit (TGC220) about 3 yrs ago. Main unit connected to the hi-speed internet still working alright, however, the extension plug in the kitchen stop working although new batteries replaced didn't work. We tried to use panasonic batteries that might work and still dead. So everytime we use and receive phone calls, we'll run to the room where the is computer located. Is there any chance that the extension unit may still work or it's already a piece of junk?

The phone has been OK, but I have a problem now that is not something discussed in the manual. My phone says "messages full" - but I cannot locate any big group of messages. I have 6 saved, according to the phone when I call in for messages. Live chat isn't functional, the "community" isn't helpful, the button for "Load more FAQs" seems to be dead. I am so very disappointed.

My only wish for improvement would be for the power supply to be of a neutral color like white or beige. The black color does not work when the power supply sits on a wall above a kitchen counter. Ugly.

This was a replacement phone as I had lost the original. After it was fully charged it is working great. Didn't have to enter the phone #'s etc. as just automatically was copied from the base phone. I was happy about that for sure.

As with most Panasonic products, this is a good value. I only wish the buttons were recessed instead of protruding. If you put it in your pocket it constantly gets button(s) activated. Panasonic is a failure in leaving this spec out of their descriptions.

We needed to replace our old Panasonic system. This one is a little nicer looking and just as easy to use. Only thing I didn't like is the explanation in putting it together could be a bit easier. Took longer than it should have. Purchased as 3 phone system from Best Buy and ordered extra handset from Panasonic. Fair price on extra phone and shipped promptly.

Panasonic hss been my "go to " phone for over 30 years. I bought a Panasonic phone for my elderly aunt. When I got it to her house I realized she needed three more. My only dissatisfaction came from spending more on the three extra phones than I would have for a whole set up of five phones. That being said, I have always had excellent usage from my Panasonic phones. I started with a Panasonic phone/answering machine combo over thirty years ago and it probably lasted nearly 20 years.

I love the size and feel of it but that's it. I had another wireless prior to this that I hated and got this one. Search is not as as quick, adding a new # is not as quick, cannot delete a message from the handset, only from the base which is dumb. I find there are too many questions asked to do 1 thing. My last phone had a delete button but this goes through a menu and takes 3 steps to delete something. The LED window doesn't hold the full name and drops to a 2nd line. The font either needs to be made smaller or less characters. And the ring choices are terrible. Considering taking it back and plugging my old one back in. Battery life is much shorter than my old phone and buttons are harder to press.

I've had Panasonic phones for a long time and was looking to replace mine that died. Bought this "middle of the line product" and have been very disappointed with the sound quality. Has almost no noise canceling features so it is hard to hear other party and hard for them to hear me. Settings are also not user friendly- hard to program answering machine. In my opinion, not worth the money.

Got set of 3 from Costco and I have to say, for the price these handsets rock. I highly recommend them as they are reliable, sound great even from far distances, and have a great speakerphone.

I picked up 4 phones at Best Buy to replace the phones at our home. I needed an additional 2 phones that would work with the original 4. Thank you for showing me the correct set to go with our set that we purchased from Best Buy. Have told others how helpful you all are. Great Customer service.

I like the quality but when I pick up messages from the base unit, if I want my husband to listen to them, there is no light to indicate that messages from today are still in the unit. So if he or I listen to it, the message light goes out. Would prefer if it would stay on until someone deletes it.

Needed to add another handset to my Base and 2 handsets. Took it out of the box, followed the simple instructions in moments later it was in the system with my other handsets. Gave it the recommended charge and it has worked perfectly.
