I am in the process of returning the handset that I bought. Even though I have the exact same phone and was assured by your people that it was compatible with my other Panasonic phones. it was not!

Allows for additional extensions to different areas of the house. While it did pick up the phone book for the units I already had, it did not pick up the memory dials. Make sure you have your book for pairing as I need mine for the code.

I've liked my Panasonic phone and bought sets for two of my sisters because they are good. I had a base and one handset but needed another handset, hence this latest purchase.

Thanks Panasonic for having a replacement phone available. A gremlin must have lost the unit from the garage (I think he resembled my husband!) because it is no where to be found! The new one was so simple to set up I was amazed. Now we are a 4-phone family again!

The phone was paired to a Samsung Galaxy and an IPhone. The pairing failed and after several attempts to cancel and reload, the pairing function no longer works. There is no support to find a fixx

Bought this extra handset to go with the phone we had bought. We love this phone as it has blue tooth connection and if we are out and about the calls come through to our cell phones. No missed calls.

Phone shuts off after 16 mins. Of use. Now, answering machine cuts off also, so no one can leave a message. It's a piece of junk!

I've had this phone for several years. It is never given me any trouble. I have five handsets. The only reason I needed to order any new ones is that I lost (or my grandkids lost) a couple of them.

You can only have two people on the line at once. If you try to add a third person from the household, when they pick up the third handset, they will get a busy signal. ALSO, you CANNOT do a 3 way conversation from 2 outside parties. One of my handsets does not carry the signal from the base well. So I cannot really use it!

For making and receiving calls, this phone is adequate. It came with 3 auxiliary headset bases and that has proven very very useful. I realize not all sellers include these extra bases (this was Costco). That said, sound quality is not the best but, again, adequate for the average call. The jury is still out whether my cell phone is actually clearer and better voice quality. I believe landlines should always outperform cell phones in voice quality. My current dilemma is there doesn't seem to be an easy way to use a headset. Most headsets (headphone/mic combos) have two 3.5mm jacks (one voice, one audio). The aux handset has a 2.5 mm jack--not sure it's purpose. I would have to get a two jack to one jack adapter and 3.5 mm to 2.5mm adapter just to get into the phone jack and I have no idea if it would even work. Info about mic/headset adaptation would be very helpful.

Love the phone system & features. Was a little disappointed with the price of getting more handsets & paying for s/h.

I ordered this as an addition to the existing units that I have already enjoyed for over three years.

I have tried two sets of this phone and base. The effective range of each set was about 10 feet. Beyond that and the phone would cut out. At 30 feet, the calls would always drop. I returned the first set and am about to return the second one. I had a Panasonic set of phones before and they worked fine in the same location for several years. This one seems to be poorly engineered.

I like Panasonic products and these phones replaced an older Panasonic cordless phone, but this product does not live up to anyone's standards. One handset had static on the line after 11 months. Although it was replaced under the warranty, it took about 2 months. A second handset's speaker phone just failed - nothing but static, in month 18. 1 year warranty doesn't cover it.

I bought this telephone for my mother beause it had large buttons. It is the clearest sounding phone out there. Great value. I originally bought the set with 2 phones but found I needed a third. I ordered the third and it pairs easily with the base. Panasonic always made a great product and they continue to do so.

The addition to my current set of Panasonic cordless phones worked perfectly. The instructions were clear and extremely simple to use. The unit works seamless with my other phones. Just what I needed!

This handset was an add on to an existing setup that had three phones and a base. It was ordered easily and delivered very promptly. The setup was documented and went very smoothly with the handset linking (Pairing) with the base easily. The phone directory was transfered over and the phone has worked great since installation.

I don't know how I did without it. I get giddy when the problem callers contact me and get that one ring block. I almost equate it with making my children. But I wanna caution you to not start sending your adds and promos. I did not unsubscribe for fear of not being able to send this message. I would only ask that you use my email contact for order confirmation and shipping information only. NO ADDS OR PROMOS

Got this to replace a used AT&T model. In comparison to the AT&T model this phone is a little heavier, little more awkward to program, slower in dialing a stored number, less easy to dial a stored number, and the is softer than the AT&T model. However, I can hold it better and its weight allows me to position it on a flat surface better. My biggest problem is that there is an intermittent squeal, crackle sound, in the ear when talking with someone. I use the speaker element most of the time and experience the sound frequently. Tried different volume levels but to no avail. I would like to keep it but . . . .

Based on the features of this phone system I decided to eliminate the land line and rely on cell phones only. Having a larger house, the ability to answer the cell phones from any handset is great.

I bough a handset to replace one I had lost. I called for assistance as I needed to cancel out the missing handset and replace it with the new one. This was easy to do. With my wife being disabled we use the phones as an intercom system, she can easily call me for assistance by pressing two buttons. I bought the range extender, so I can be paged from the neighbors house or down the street, several thousand feet from the house. With the blinking light I can tell if she's paging me when I mow the lawn. Having the caller announced is a great feature as well. We have no complaints about our set which is several years old. I did have to replace the batteries in one handset, but otherwise we have had no problems. Friends are impressed that the phones announce the caller.

Who knows? Maybe I'm just a pushover, but I don't know what more I can ask of a phone system. There are features I never dreamed of, like noise reduction and Bluetooth, and some I'll never use, but I think this system is the best I've ever owned. Bought an extra headset and there was no diminishment of quality. Furthest headset is at least 50 feet away from base--no problem.

Excellent phone for the money! I like the feature that allows each handset to alert you that a message has been received. The unit I bought had only four handsets, but it was very easy to purchase an additional handset and sync it to the base unit. I also like the fact that the phone has a voice feature that tells you who is calling when the phone rings. This is very helpful if I'm not within sight of a handset and can't see who is calling. I would highly recommend this phone!

LOVE this phone!
By kown a.
I bought the system with 3 handsets and base and added 2 more making it 5 handsets. I love that it has a call blocking features, (don't need phone companys), I love the Intercom system, and when you add phone numbers it automatically, adds it to all handsets! I love it, that you can play messages from any handset, without going to the base station! Love this phone!
Excellent Handset

Purchased to add to the base unit. The installation and connection to the base unit was easy and flawless. I'd recommend this unit. The only problem was finding the correct handset for the base unit I had. That was a big hassle to avoid buying one that was not compatible. The online information was never clear and I was never sure I had the correct one until I received it and tried to sync it to the base, which it did quickly.
