I use this phone for my home. It has the basics and all the bells and whistles. The voice ID is not as good as previous models though. But after it's all said and done it's a really good phone.

I would not recommend this product. I will make sure I go to a brick & mortar store before buying another item of this type. My previous Panasonic phones system has been very reliable for 13 yrs., but doubt the cheap, inexpensive items I bought recently will give that service, although they were not inexpensive & have some features the previous ones did not have. Very disappointed with my recent purchase.

The phones work great, the call block button is fantastic , the only problem for us older folks is the complicated menu to retrive blocked numbers, missed calls etc for the initial setup I had my 16 yr old grandson enter all my numbers of relatives, friends into groups etc

I love this phone!! I was so tired of getting pesky phone calls every 10-15 minutes all day, that I had to get something to solve this problem. I feel very powerful blocking all the calls. It's also a very good system.

I've had the phone system for about a week now, and like it very much. The only feature I don't like is having to enter codes to access many features. However I may be doing something wrong. If there is an easier way to access some of the features I'd appreciate a response. Thanking you in advance.

A lot better range than previous Panasonic phones I have had. The range extender makes it even better. I miss that it has no indicator light on the handsets to alert you at a glance if you have a message on the answering machine. I also would like to know the IQ of a design engineer that designs a phone that if set face down on a desk--It presses the buttons!!

Base unit mounts to wall closer than virtually all other wall mountable phones. Handsets are comfortable, clear conversations, no interference and very long range. If you follow the instructions, it's not hard to make adjustments to settings. I really like the simplicity of blocking unwanted calls -- press a button on the handset and that's it.

Despite all the negative parts of comments I read this unit does everything that we wanted it to do. My wife has a hearing problem but she can hear just fine with this phone.

These phones replace an older version. They were easy to set up and even though I am hearing impaired I can use them successfully. They arrived promptly and in excellent condition. My only negative is the date and time must be re-set almost after each use. It loses minutes with each phone call. I wish they had a clock that set automatically once a phone call was received and the time held. With the time being off you can't be sure recorded messages were actually received when the recorder says they were. Other than that they would rate Excellent from me.

Just got it and found I cannot transfer my phonebook from my old Panasonic to this. BIG disappointment. Loved my old phones and replaced because I figured it was due. Now I will have to spend a LOT of time copying all the 160 plus numbers.

I bought this phone because of its advertised features. I have a severe hearing loss and have been using a Clear Sounds A300 phone (analog) with a Clear Sounds CLA7-V2 neck loop to put sound directly into my hearing aids. I assumed that my neck loop would work with this phone also by plugging it into the headset jack. I was wrong. When I plugged in the neck loop, I could hear fine, However, I could not send out my voice through the neck loop. Apparently, the headset jack only works in one direction and that is audio out. You cannot put audio in into this jack. I tried it with all three phone instruments with the same result. Therefore, I could rule out one bad instrument. There appears to be an incompatibility with this phone model and neck loops. So, I returned the phone. If you use a neck loop with your hearing aids, this phone will not work for you.

I have been using it for less than one week. There has been some problems with receiving calls and reception. I will give it some more time. I have had Panasonic phones for many years, although I have had many problems with my phone service. I don't know if it is my inside wire maintenance or the area.

biggest problem is the manual 1) functions need a e-digit code rather than being clearly marked on buttons 2) lost manual in move and ended up having to do a live chat because even the live chat support's link didn't take me to a place where I could print out a new manual.....neither did other sites......the live chat person had to give me not only the 3-digit access code for the function I wanted but also had to type out the other steps that wouldn't have been prompted by the code

One-touch call blocking is excellent, but the 250-number limit is no longer realistic with the flood of robocalls and telemarketers and the ineffectiveness of the Do Not Call Registry. I have hit the limit and cannot block new spam calls. If 3000 numbers can fit the address book, surely Panasonic can increase the capacity of blocked numbers.

We had a panasonic phone sets for about 5 years. They've been working great until recently one of them started dying on us. So we decided to buy a new sets. This one almost identical what we had (I chose this one with the help of customer assistant online) but have some other nice features the old one didn't have, such as one button block call, play message on handsets, reduce the noise, etc. Very happy with the purchase and service!

Absolutely the most awesome phone one could buy. The best part is the phone number block capability. If Panasonic ever comes out with a phone with 1000 # capacity I may have to upgrade.

I needed a phone with good quality sound, noise reduction was a must for me (I work from home and have several conf calls a day). The "call block" button is wonderful. I can block all the telemarketing calls easily. I like the fact it has a few ringing tone options. I am happy with my purchase.

There's a lot to learn about various functions, only time will tell if we made the right decision.

I only gave is a 4 because of the low Mili Amp batteries. Hope they last awhile. Had 16 yr old Panasonic phone and separate answering machine and had no problems sending and receiving faxes. Hooked this phone up with answering machine in it and could not receive faxes. Called support and they called my fax machine Co. support and changed one setting and now it seems to work OK. I called for support on my TV and the phone was breaking up so bad I had a hard time to understand the person on the other end, hope it was his phone. I have only used a couple times after that and one time had a little static but used it a couple of more times and it seems OK. Mounted it on the wall to mounts from old phone. I will update if I have any problems. Panasonic sent me an email telling me to review this product after a couple a weeks otherwise I would have waited longer.

These phones crackle. Moved base unit. Lowered volume. Can't stop irritating crackling. Phones are worthless.

Had Panasonic cordless phones most of the time and bought atleast 5 sets in the past 10 years as personal use aswell as gifts. Cons: This is more plastic'ky. The sound quality is horrible, fading in and out when I hear - while other side did not notice any quality sound issue. No dedicated mute button Dialpad lights are weak and cant use it in dark to dial numbers. Pros: Price I think is good. Features are good such as call block dedicated button, intercoms, handset digital number for each handset, speakers on all handsets and base.

The ease of set up for this phone was pretty easy. Has some great features, we weren't aware of when we purchased this system, but since use, love them. The call block is great for telemarketers. The talking caller ID, works awesome. I would recommend this phone system, it works great.

Product met all our expectations except that the individual chargers/power adapter plugs are one piece. You cannot route the wire through a small opening without cutting and splicing the wires. We do not have caller ID so the call blocking does not work. We might rethink that since this phone makes the blocking so easy. English words instead of codes to program the phones would make it easier to set up but the manual has clear instructions.

Panasonic phones are the best! I had a Panasonic phone years ago and absolutely loved it - it had features that no other phone had and a lot of them still don't have them! Then my "wise" husband purchased a different brand that lasted about 6 months, had batteries that went dead quickly and had really bad reception if you got away from the base. So I purchased this set of Panasonic phones and, again, we are just in awe of them! First of all, the price is very affordable and for what you get, you couldn't ask for a better bargain. The phones are easy to use and easy to read. The setting are so easy and quick to change! It's fast to save a number to either save in a phonebook or block! You'll not be disappointed in these phones and Panasonic is going to be our phone brand from here on out!

We recently purchased thePanasonic KX-TGF345B cordless phones and are very pleased with them. We got the set that had five phones so can use them all over our house. There are several features that I love on this phone. One is the intercom button so that you don't have to yell in the other room to tell someone something. I also love the block calls button because it's so easy to use. I've used it several times to block those annoying spam callers. We love this phone system so much that we got another one for my parents for their Christmas gift.

Very solid product offering and value. Call blocker is great. A few minor complaints compared to older KX-TG1033 (which was excellent): * Available ringtones are weird. Can't we have the old default Panasonic ringer? * Max volume of ringer and speakerphone are quieter than they used to be. * Earpiece audio is slightly more tinny and echo-y than before. * No battery charging / message waiting LED on top of phone. This was a useful feature. * Handsets are less stable when standing on their own, as when being used as a speakerphone. Case plastic is a bit more slippery than it used to be. * The included NiMH AAA batteries are very low capacity (400mAh). Used to be 550mAh. Buy some 950mAh to get incredible standby and talk times.

Not as good as my previous panasonic phones. Speaker doesn't sound as clear or good. Also bad design with the keys. If I try to cradle the handset between my head and shoulder without holding it, I either hang myself up, or put myself on mute by mistake. Would not buy these if I knew this would happen. Will be changing brands the next time I need a new phone.

(Two AA-size rechargeable Ni-MH batteries not included.)

With a small, optional detector device on your household or car keychain, this Key Detector-ready phone system lets you quickly locate misplaced keys when you need them with a button on the cordless handsets.
