Love many things about this phone. It is the booklet that is the problem. It needs to be quick and simple so that you can find how to do things with this phone. For instance; re-listening to the answering machine recordings. AND, how to turn up the sound on the ansering machines recordings.

I like them. My housecleaning lady helped me set them up and she's ordering the same model. Sound is clear and they seem easy to operate. Also like that it has 250 call rejection list.

I loved everything about this phone except that I couldn't get a wireless headset to go with it. So sad I had to go with something else.

I don't like the way the message system works. When you try to save a message. You have to type in a code to get to old messages and the manual provided is no help. i still can't navigate it !!!

Each time I updated a phone system, I always chose Panasonic. I recently went back to a corded phone because I have health issues with wireless items. I am familiar with the Panasonic system so it has been an easy transition.

I like the caller ID feature. Now I don't answer annoying out of area calls. Also, the call blocking is great!!

Arrived one day early. Nice decorative metallic finish. Expandable to 6 phones helpful. Base station works perfectly in office for constant calling with speaker phone. Adequate features.

I've had this phone for about a year. It is beautiful and easy to use..... I have only one complaint. How do I UNBLOCK a number? Nowhere in the online Manuel does it explain anything about UNBLOCKING A NUMBER!? HELP!!

I bought this phone for solely for the call block function. The telemarketers were driving me crazy. Now I block all out of state area codes and relatives asking for money.

I RESEARCHED SEVERAL OTHER BRANDS AND REVIEWS GIVEN BY CUSTOMERS AND FOUND THIS PHONE SYSTEM HAD RECIEVED HIGHER CUSTOMER REVIEWS THAN MANY OTHERS. THE PHONE WAS EASY TO SET UP AND USE BUT YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL AS THERE ARE NO SHORT CUTS TO THE SET UP. THE FEATURE I LIKE THE MOST IS THE CALL BLOCK BEING ABLE TO BLOCK 250 CALLERS AND YOU CAN BLOCK AN ENTIRE AREA CODE IF YOU WISH. THE ONLY FEATURE THAT I FEEL COULD USE SOME IMPROVEMENT IS WHEN A CALL IS RECIEVED THE SYSTEM WILL ANNOUNCE THE NAME OF THE CALLING PARTY AND A LOT OF TIMES NOT REAL CLEAR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PHONE SYSTEM TO A FRIEND.

replaced a 10 year or older Panasonic cordless that failed. Stayed with Panasonic based on the old ones life and reliability. Very satisfied with this one. Note: batteries for the base unit not included. Handset batteries are included of course.

This phone replaced one I'd had for at least five years. It has features I know I'll never use (three phone books!!!)...but there is the option of speed dial for nine numbers which I immediately set up. I like the call block feature, and have used it several times - am hoping the robo calls I get from 'Card Services' will cease. The only 'down' side is having to use a code number for menu features I do wish they just had a scroll feature for items; I'll have to keep the instruction book handy to know what number to enter in order to set time, or add numbers to the speed dial...but that's the only down side I've found and other features definitely outweigh that. Great phone, great value...I do wish I could purchase separately one additional handset. You wouldn't be sorry if you purchase this phone.

I had had my old phone for years; it died. I went online, googled the category, and one of the choice was this Panasonic. I like the Panasonic brand; it's reliable. This phone has everything I was used to: speed dial (but also three phone books if you happen to know 100 people); speaker...but added is a number blocking feature which I've started using....and wireless second phones. The only thing I've had to adjust to is, instead of hitting menu for a feature, one has to hit a number for that menu item; I keep the instruction book handy to look up what I need to do so it's working out fine. Luv the phone; wish I had found it sooner.

the Range for the cordless breaks when I go around the apartment which is different from my previous set up. And When I am using the sp phone the person on the other hand tells me that cant hear me well, I am breaking unless I use the phone handle. I was disappointed in your products.

This is probably the best product on the market for me. It is great for personal home use, a small/medium business. There are more stuff that most people will ever use. And in the same time, you can turn it off and will not interfere with the rest of the functions. Now I'm so sorry Panasonic but there are some things that I wish this great phone had; 1. the capability to assign a ring tone to a contact; 2. to have more space for names, can type only 16 characters. 3. Color display and 4. longer coiled cord (that's an easy fix). Other than that, this is the best phone on the market!

The ability to adjust ringer volume could be easier. A one button would be much easier than going into the menu and adjusting. I adjust the volume throughout the day and was disappointed it wasn't easier.

I replaced an older phone system (4 years old) and was so glad I did. I really like the call blocking feature as we have problems with a lot of solicitations even though we are on the do not call list.. The phones and base unit are smaller with a sleeker styling than our old system and I love the silver color. The phones take rechargeable AAA batteries- much better than the big expensive rechargeable battery with our old phone system. The price was very reasonable as well. We really needed the option to turn off the ringer and this system had this feature.

On the hand sets, the volume is not set properly therefore I am having a hard time to hear the other party. Thank you. Since I am having a hard time to hear the other side, I don't know whether I should recommend this product to my friends.
