The Panasonic PLZ2927 aspherical lens is optically designed for day/night use and employs a vari-focal system to facilitate near and far surveillance applications. The vari-focal system allows both wide-angle and close up viewing using a single lens. The PLZ2927 enhances overall brightness and sharpness while acting to reduce focus shift when used with B/W cameras. The compact and lightweight lens features an Auto Iris that automatically adjusts to meet the current lighting conditions and can be used with any CS-mount camera, including Panasonic vandal proof cameras.
