Professional Tripod is a universal type that can be used in all circumstances. For the first time, it uses highly elastic carbon and is designed to hold all parts firmly. It is light but has strong bearing capacity with vibration damping feature. Its legs can be folded 180deg. to minimize the size, known as Traveler Structure. HM Carbon
It uses HM Carbon, which has a higher elasticity than general carbons with less warping and superior vibration absorbing characteristics, consisting of 8 layers of High Modulus Carbon fiber overlaid in different directions and molded together. Thus, it provides superior vibration absorption effect than regular carbon tripods.

Traveler Type
It has adopted Traveler Structure that can fold its legs 180deg. and reposition its head between the legs. Thus, it can save storage space and is so easy to carry that it lessens the burden for photographers when shooting for a long period.

QS Lock System
Photo Clam's QS Lock System has adopted a compact design to have all parts joined firmly and it is precisely machined that it delivers easy and smooth operation with optimum resistance, which allows convenient and quick operation as well as enables tremble/vibration resistance performance with its powerful locking capability.

Anti-Turning Acetal
The anti-turning acetal of Photoclam is of the all-in-one type, instead of the detachable type, to ensure that the risk of losing is minimized and it is easy to fit and remove. To apply an all-in-one type acetal, the leg thick ness must be uniformly processed so that they are in close contact with acetal.

Hard Anodizing
Aluminum parts (such as the hub of tripod) is surface treated by the Low temperature hard anodizing method by which the aluminum material is converted to alumina ceramic having the surface harder than that of steel with outstanding durability and wear resistance.

Mount Platform
The mount platform is designed in the dual locking structure. The screw type mount platform is turned to fix itself and the fixation screw on the side of hub is tightened to prevent missing or movement.

EVA Leg Warmers
The leg warmer is made of EVA, quality eco-friendly material. This material is harmless to human body and gives an excellent shock-resistance with resilience and soft smooth material delivers a comfortable grip.

Tripod Angle
Photoclam tripods unfold at 3 different angles of 24deg. , 55deg. , 85deg. . The tripod unfolded at a relatively low angle can be high above the ground but is low in stability. All tripods of Photoclam (including the O Series) are designed to unfold at 24deg. at a minimum to offer the stable shooting environment.

Optimized Structure for Macro Photo
When unfolded to the maximum, the tripod has the upper structural part in low thickness to have a minimum ground clearance with the stable structure to optimize the close-up shooting of wild flowers etc.
